Refund and Returns Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of payment.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, in case the customer simply changes their mind. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

In the event of a defective product, the product is replaced at the company’s expense.

CHANGES WITHIN & OUTSIDE GREECE

In the event that the return is due to an error by the company (product manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment), the company assumes the return costs.

Proof of defectiveness should be provided to and accepted by monogramroasters.gr.
