We are literally 5th generation coffee roasters
continuing our family’s – Oikos Manolikakis- long story in coffee roasting, which counts 140 successive years in the coffee industry.
At the same time, we are a young couple of roasters, sharing life & work, both Engineering University graduates, who apply technical knowledge and experience in order to optimise coffee production and enhance sustainability.
Monogram Roasters are dedicated to high specialty coffee: we only select 87+ green coffees and develop light roasting, omni profiles. We use niche equipment and follow a systematic roasting approach based on data collection that guarantees our productions stability. Our aim is to highlight juiciness and aromas in coffees character, offering a balance between sweetness and acidity in every cup, repetitively.
