Featuring notes of dark chocolate and tropical fruits, this is an intense and rich-bodied coffee with a liquery finish.
“Hoàng Hôn” means sunset, which is a magical moment at the processing station Đưng K’Nớ – where this coffee was processed naturally and undergone a carbonic maceration.
This is a rare and beautiful Bourbon coffee from Vietnam, where it is our first time to source coffee from.
The five-day fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks. To ensure a completely oxygen-free environment, the tanks are infused with CO₂ supplied by a German craft brewery. After fermentation, the beans are dried on raised beds for up to 20 days. The result is a coffee with complex tropical fruit notes and a lingering sweetness.
