Las Perlitas means “Little Pearls” : This is a super clean Geisha, a stunning cup with fine notes of jasmin flower and yellow fruits, especially peach and bergamot. A structured and juicy coffee, with silky body and citric acidity.
Las Perlitas project sources Huila micro-lot coffees of very small volumes, that wouldn’t be exported by the producers on their own. Las Perlitas, Huila are rare pearls with fruity and complex profiles, that stand out.
